The Analytical Accounting Dimension Wizard times out when you run the wizard against a database that contains many records

CustomersImportant You may continue to experience this problem after you install the service pack. If you continue to experience this problem, you may be able to implement the following workaround:

  1. Start Microsoft FRx.
  2. On the menu bar, click Company, and then click Information.
  3. Click the Analytical Accounting company.
  4. Click the System Specific Information tab, and then verify that the Rebuild Chart of Accounts check box is selected.
  5. Click Set as Default.

Because the Rebuild Chart of Accounts check box is selected, Microsoft FRx will rebuild the frl_acct_code_aa table. When this table is rebuilt by Microsoft FRx instead of by the Dimension Wizard, the process is completed successfully.
