When you try to validate the 2007 Microsoft
Office system, Microsoft Office 2003, or Microsoft Office
XP by using Office Genuine Advantage, you receive one of the following error
messages:

This issue may occur if one of the following conditions is
true:

- The version of Microsoft Office that is installed on the
computer is earlier than Office XP. - No Office programs that
require validation are installed on the
computer. - Office is hosted on another computer that is running
Microsoft Terminal Services.
To resolve this issue, install a 2007 Office
suite, Office 2003, or Office XP. Then, try to validate
Office again.
