All contacts may be missing when a user tries to look up a contact in Communicator or Lync

When a user tries to look up a contact in Microsoft Office Communicator or Microsoft Lync in a dedicated Microsoft Online Business Suite environment, all contacts may be missing.  
This issue may occur if the user was moved to a new domain.
To resolve this issue, contact Microsoft Online Services Support.
